This project marked my very first mural, featuring a series of my original Goofy Froot characters. The centerpiece of the mural is a collaboration between myself and fellow Brooklyn artist Kosuke James. The column features two of my characters integrated with James' unique style of shapes and designs.

We painted this in September 2019 leading up to Bushwick Open Studios (BOS), a huge annual art event in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn.

 

The exterior of the building was covered in murals painted by around two dozen New York artists during the same time, and the interior of the building was used as gallery spaces for over 100 artists during the weekend of BOS.
